The Bachelor of Biomedical Science aims to prepare ethical graduates with a concern for the common good, to apply a broad and coherent body of knowledge to undertake professional work in a range of biomedical science contexts, for example in the pharmaceutical and medical technology industries. The course also aims to provide a pathway for postgraduate studies in health disciplines such as physiotherapy, medicine, dentistry and public health for students who wish to pursue a clinical career. Bachelor degree graduates may be eligible to progress to Honours study.
