completing the university application :
1. Academic Qualifications
International students must have completed qualifications equivalent to Australian Year 12 or higher. Specific requirements vary by country. For example:
India: Completion of Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) with a minimum score (e.g., 65% or higher depending on the program).
China: Completion of Senior Middle 3 with a minimum score (e.g., 80% or higher).
USA: High School Diploma with a minimum GPA (e.g., 3.0 or higher).
UK: Completion of A-levels with specific grades (e.g., BBC or higher).
2. English Language Proficiency
International students must demonstrate English proficiency through standardized tests. Minimum scores typically include:
IELTS: Overall score of 6.0 (no band below 5.5). Some programs may require higher scores (e.g., 7.0 for nursing).
TOEFL iBT: Overall score of 78 (minimum 21 in writing, 18 in speaking, 12 in reading, and 11 in listening).
PTE Academic: Overall score of 54 (no communicative skill below 50).
Cambridge English (CAE/CPE): Overall score of 169 (no band below 169).
3. Program-Specific Requirements
Some programs may have additional prerequisites, such as:
Portfolio or Audition: For creative arts or design programs.
Subject Prerequisites: For example, mathematics for science or business programs.
Interviews or Tests: For programs like nursing or education.
4. Visa Requirements
International students must obtain a Student Visa (subclass 500). To be eligible, students must:
Have a Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) from ACU.
Meet Genuine Temporary Entrant (GTE) requirements.
Provide proof of financial capacity to cover tuition and living expenses.
Have Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC).
5. Application Process
