Program Overview

The Bachelor of Laws is designed for graduates who have achieved a high level of performance in their undergraduate Law degree. The course consists of two dissertation units designed to produce publishable journal articles, two advanced research units and two work integrated learning units. The two work integrated learning units act as capstones to the law landmarks. This enhanced training and experience is designed to signal to employers the calibre of graduates with an honours award.

Bachelor of Laws degree from CQUniversity or other recognised bachelor's degree in law from a recognised university with a grade point average of 5/7 (75 per cent) in the third level of the Bachelor of Laws course, including a '6' or better level pass in at least one unit, English Language requirements:a minimum of IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.Academic transcripts, Translations of academic transcripts , Personal identification document e.g. passport, Evidence that you meet the English requirement e.g. an English test result, A certified copy is a photocopy of the original document with a certification stamp that includes the certifier's printed name, title or position, signature and date of notary, English Language Requirement:TOEFL Internet-based-Overall score of 75 with no score less than 17, PTE Academic-Overall score of 54 with no score less than 46, Cambridge English: Advanced CAE / Cambridge English: Proficiency CPE-Overall test score of 169 with no individual band score of less than 154.
