Year 2:

Topics including Torts, Property, Equity and Trusts, and Corporate Law build expertise in civil liability, ownership rights, and commercial legal frameworks. You will also study The Digital Lawyer and International Law and Global Perspectives, developing awareness of technology-driven legal practice and global legal systems.

Year 3:
Third year moves into more advanced legal analysis and practical application of law through subjects such as Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, and Evidence. Through Law in Action and placement opportunities with the Flinders Legal Centre, industry partners, or internship programs, students gain hands-on experience while exploring specialised interests through elective options. International internship opportunities in locations including Washington, Vienna, Mongolia, and the South Australian Parliament further enhance professional development.

Year 3.5 (Final Semester Pathway):
The final stage of the program allows students to further tailor their degree through advanced option topics and practical experiences. Areas such as Employment Law, Environmental Law, Family Law, Technology Law, and International Human Rights enable students to specialise in emerging and high-demand legal fields while strengthening professional readiness for legal practice.
