This major will provide you with a broad understanding of cells and their development, as well as the application of this knowledge to technologies to improve the human condition. It will also provide an awareness of how research in this field impacts on society. You will deal with ethical issues such as in-vitro fertilisation (IVF), reproductive/therapeutic cloning, stem cell technology and genetically manipulated foods and crops.
Units 3 & 4: A study score of at least 25 in English/English Language/Literature or at least 30 in EAL, and at least 25 in Chemistry and in Mathematical Methods (CAS) or Specialist Mathematics, Test scores: TOEFL, IELTS, PTE, CAE
