The Bachelor of Archaeology program at Flinders is one of the few specialised degrees in Australia that will give you the comprehensive training required to pursue a career in this exciting area. This flexible program gives you a solid grounding in the basics of archaeology then allows you to follow a pathway of interest in the following areas of specialisation: Human Evolution, Ancient Civilizations, Maritime Archaeology, Historical Archaeology, Indigenous Archaeology. Regular field trips and laboratory and practical sessions are features of this program. The Bachelor of Archaeology produces independent thinkers who can apply their skills to a range of settings, including working effectively in teams.
