Program Overview

The Bachelor of Psychological Science Honours is designed for graduates who have completed an accredited three-year course in psychology, who wish to complete an accredited fourth year in psychology to become eligible for provisional registration as a psychologist in Australia. The course introduces students to applied and professional uses of psychology whilst they learn about professional ethics and develop an appreciation for the social and cultural contexts of psychological research and professional practice.

Additional Information & Requirements

Completed within the last 10 years, Completion of third year Statistics, Minimum GPA of 5.5. Calculation of your GPA is based on the successful completion of second and third year approved APAC psychology sequence units, Overseas qualifications must be assessed for comparability to an Australian psychology education pathway for entry into an APAC accredited course in psychology, Completion of a secondary qualification or tertiary diploma level qualification, or bachelor level qualification for a period of at least 2 years fulltime with a minimum overall GPA 4.0, English language proficiency test:IELTS Academic-at least 6.0 overall with a minimum 5.5 in each subset; or TOEFL-Requires 550 or better overall and minimum TWE score of 4.5 (pBT), or 75 or better overall and no score less than 17 (iBT); or PTE Academic - Requires an overall score of 54 with no sub-score less than 46; or An Occupational English Test with Grades A or B only in each of the four components; or CAE-Score of 180 or above; or CULT - 70% with no individual component score of less than 15.
