The diversification of Agronomy in Food Technology has allowed the formation of a number of Agronomists specialized in food technology. Many graduates of this diversification worked in the dairy industry; a portion of them took their master's and, or doctorate, in the country or abroad, and became university professors, including in the Department of Food Technology at UFV.
