Program Overview

A BFA in Design exposes you to the power of visual communication and the built environment. As a Design student, you will acquire the tools to make positive, informed changes in the world. Throughout your studies, you will be challenged to think critically about every creative choice you make and consider its cultural, economic and environmental impact on everyday life. The studios provide you with well-equipped spaces where you can unleash your creativity and abilities as a designer. Build 3D prototypes in the metal or wood shops, or enjoy access to professional equipment for specialty printing and finishing or video editing. You may even have a chance to participate in research for the Hexagram Centre.

"Higher School Certificate or Intermediate Certificate or Higher Secondary Certificate or Indian School Certificate or All India Senior School Certificate or Pre-University Certificate, A 3.00 CGPA (on a 4.30 scale) or the equivalent of a ""B"" grade at Concordia University, IELTS score of 7 or higher, TOEFL iBT score 90 or higher, MELAB min. score: 85, 3 on speaking test, CAEL minimum overall score 70, C1 Advanced and C2 Proficiency: min. score 190, Minimum overall PTE academic score of 61, final grade 11 and mid-term grade 12 results are used to calculate admissions averages, portfolio (maximum of 15 creative works), letter of intent, photocopy of most recent academic record(s), letter of reference (optional), resum /curriculum vitae (optional)"
