Concordia University is a public university which was established in the year 1974. The university is located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Concordia is one of the three universities in Quebec where English is the primary language of instruction. The university has two campuses: Sir George Williams Campus and Loyola Campus. 

Concordia University comprises of four faculties: Faculty of Arts & Science, Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science, Faculty of Fine Arts, John Molson School of Business and a School of Graduate Studies. The university also has numerous colleges, centers and institutes. Some of the schools, colleges and research units which Concordia provides are: Concordia Continuing Education, Concordia Institute for Canadian Jewish Studies, Institute for Co-operative Education, Liberal Arts College, Loyola College for Diversity and Sustainability, School of Irish Studies, School of Community and Public Affairs, School of Graduate Studies, Science College, and Simone de Beauvoir Institute

Concordia University has more than 45,056 students. The university has 36,485 undergraduate students, 8,571 Graduates, and 1,904 faculties. Students from 150 countries join the campus. The university offers over 300 undergraduate and 100 graduate programs and courses.

Concordia University offers courses and workshops at Concordia Continuing Education (CCE) organization for the students who are yet to commence their undergraduate degree. The courses offered by CCE are however recognized by industry and can be used to obtain a diploma. The university also offers numerous contests for the students to participate in, one of them is the Study Abroad Video Contest where the student shows the Concordia community what it’s like to study abroad, by sharing the experience with the community, you could win great prizes.
