After completing Western Engineering s Common First Year, you can enrol in the Electrical Engineering program and choose from one of the following options: Wireless Communication, Power Systems or Biomedical Signals and Systems. Electrical Engineering encompasses research, design, development, manufacturing and management of complex systems for many different uses. Three distinct A-Level (or four distinct AS-Level) traditional academic subjects with grades of A and/or B, GCSE/IGCSE (O-Level) results, IB of 28 including points awarded for the Extended Essay and Theory of Knowledge, TOEFL ibT of 83 with no score below 20, PTE of 58 no score less than 56, MELAB of 80 with no score less than 78, IELTS Academic of 6.5 with no part less than 6.0, CAN Test of 4.0, CAEL of 60, a year-weighted average (YWA) of at least 60%
