Modern European Studies is an interdepartmental program. It offers you the opportunity to combine European languages, history, art, music, literature, philosophy, geography, sociology, anthropology, politics, and economics in a broadly based concentration that will extend and deepen your knowledge of European issues. You can select a Major, Minor, or Honours degree in Modern European Studies.

Final grade of 70% in Grade 11 or Grade 12 English (or equivalent course, including provincial examinations where applicable), Graduation from high school with a minimum average of 70%, UAE Secondary School Leaving Certificate (Shahadat Al-Thanawiya Al-Amma). Certificates must be official, Grades required for admission will vary by program, but based on the UAE grading scale, the minimum average needed to fall within the competitive range is approximately 84% on a 60% pass-scale, Test scores: IELTS of 6.5, with no part less than 6.0, TOEFL iBT of 90.
