Women s Studies is about examining the role of women in society both today and in the past, and recognizing their contributions to human achievement. You ll learn to see women s experiences through the lens of gender, race, class and sexual orientation. Study and research in Women's Studies adds an otherwise missing component to traditional scholarship. Women's Studies is also a way of moving away from the discriminatory language of race, sex, age, language or religion.You ll also examine media representations of women and consumer culture, participate in Institute-sponsored lectures and develop initiatives that promote equality and social justice for all.

"Higher School Certificate or Intermediate Certificate or Higher Secondary Certificate or Indian School Certificate or All India Senior School Certificate or Pre-University Certificate, A 3.00 CGPA (on a 4.30 scale) or the equivalent of a ""B"" grade at Concordia University, IELTS score of 7 or higher, TOEFL iBT score 90 or higher, MELAB min. score: 85, 3 on speaking test, CAEL minimum overall score 70, C1 Advanced and C2 Proficiency: min. score 190, Minimum overall PTE academic score of 61, final grade 11 and mid-term grade 12 results are used to calculate admissions averages, International Bacc.
