The Department of History provides a personalized student experience within a collegial learning community dedicated to creativity, innovation, and excellence in teaching, research and scholarlyactivities.Too understand the past is to be able to place yourself in those contexts, to understand and think critically about the world, to empathize. Our program supports the formation of citizens as whole people. Indeed, this could be taken as the summation of our role. Additional Information & Requirements

The Bachelor of Arts (Four-year) is available to students pursuing the Criminal Justice Studies Stream. To graduate with a Bachelor of Arts (four-year) degree in Criminal Justice, students must:Complete 120 credits, with a minimum overall average of 60%;Satisfy all the stated requirements of the degree;Achieve a minimum program average of 60% (based on the best credits which meet all of the requirements for the program);Not exceed a maximum of 42 credits at the 1000 level;Not exceed a maximum of 84 credits in a single discipline (may not have the same four-letter code);Complete six credits in Group I (Humanities), and six credits in Group III (Sciences).
