The basic medical sciences look at the molecular, cellular and systems organization of the human body and the biological mechanisms it uses to adapt to environmental changes and disease. The Medical Sciences Program leads to the four-year BMSc degree, which is offered jointly by the Faculty of Science and the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, and is designed for students (testimonial) interested in advanced study of one or more of the basic medical sciences. This joint program focuses on the application of science to the diagnosis, prevention, and treatment of human disease.
Three distinct A-Level (or four distinct AS-Level) traditional academic subjects with grades of A and/or B, GCSE/IGCSE (O-Level) results, IB of 28 including points awarded for the Extended Essay and Theory of Knowledge, TOEFL ibT of 83 with no score below 20, PTE of 58 no score less than 56, MELAB of 80 with no score less than 78, IELTS Academic of 6.5 with no part less than 6.0, CAN Test of 4.0, CAEL of 60
