International Indigenous Studies examines the experiences, culture, artistic endeavors, and current status of Indigenous people around the world. This program combines instruction in both Indigenous and Western worldviews, and is designed to attract both Indigenous and non-Indigenous students. During the course of your studies you'll gain creative thinking skills, research and analytical capabilities, written and verbal communication skills, and cross-disciplinary understandings. As an International Indigenous Studies graduate, you'll be prepared for career opportunities in areas such as the civil service, the non-profit sector, and the business world.
