The Visual Art program leading to the Bachelor of Fine Art allows you to select a Major or Honours degree. Both BFA and BA programs develop the creative and intellectual potential of each individual student through the practice and study of drawing, painting, printmaking, photography, sculpture, multimedia, and digital media. The BFA is designed for those contemplating a career in the visual arts and who seek a liberal arts education within a dynamic university setting.

Additional Information & Requirements

Final grade of 70% in Grade 11 or Grade 12 English (or equivalent course, including provincial examinations where applicable), Graduation from high school with a minimum average of 70%, UAE Secondary School Leaving Certificate (Shahadat Al-Thanawiya Al-Amma). Certificates must be official, Grades required for admission will vary by program, but based on the UAE grading scale, the minimum average needed to fall within the competitive range is approximately 84% on a 60% pass-scale, Test scores: IELTS of 6.5, with no part less than 6.0, TOEFL iBT of 90.
