BA Film and Television

"The Film and Television Filmmaker's career offers comprehensive training in the areas of social communication,the humanities and the arts,along with specialized professional training that covers the knowledge and skills of the audiovisual and multimedia communication field,culminating in in the development of the ability to exercise as an author,director and producer of film and television works,with a broad conceptual and technical domain. The purpose is to create a space for reflection,creation and application of audiovisual media,aiming to rebuild and stimulate the Chilean and universal audiovisual heritage,founded on the principles of plurality and freedom of expression,on the concepts of a ""cinema possible ""and a"" participatory television "",where the director's imagination is expressed,with low-cost technology and high productivity,through expressive varieties in format and genre,that give meaning and meaning to communication."
