Philology, as a discipline, addresses two facts of culture or objects of reality such as the phenomenon of language and that of literature Traditionally, it focuses on the study and analysis of literary texts in order to reestablish and clarify them, as well as to explain and interpret them from a linguistic perspective (Marchese and Forradellas, 2000) In such a way that, together with the study of literature, in this discipline the bases of linguistic knowledge are considered essential to carry out the critical activity that is its own
