Program Overview

The Forestry study program is based on a comprehensive concept of forestry, i.e. knowledge of the basic components of forest ecosystems: forestry geology, pedology, dendrology, botany, zoology or entomology. These are also important for other disciplines, such as forest ecology, forestry typology and related professional disciplines: forest protection, cultivation and establishment of forests, harvesting and transport of wood and management. During your studies, you will also familiarize yourself with legal norms and the public administration system and learn the basics of forestry economics.
