Mendel University in Brno History

Mendel University of Brno was established in the year 1919. It is a public university which is situated in Brno in Czech Republic. It has gone through the series of name changes from University of Agriculture in Brno to Mendel University of Agriculture and Forestry in Brno to its present name. It is named after Father of Genetics, Gregor Mendel.
