Program Overview

You will receive a modern education in the field of chemistry, biochemistry and analytical methods that are used in food analysis, in determining their quality and health safety. You will also learn something about microbiology, food technology and chemical engineering. We will not only teach you correct and safe work in the laboratory, but you will also conduct experiments yourself. You will gain specialized knowledge of English, which will definitely come in handy both when reading professional texts and when communicating with colleagues. An integral part is also mastering basic information technologies, which you will use for consultancy and when choosing methods or procedures for experiments.
