Program Overview

The combined bachelor's degree in Social Work is designed as a specialized study based on the requirements of social work practice and in accordance with the requirements for professional competence to perform the profession of social worker according to Act No. 108/2006 Coll., on social services, as amended. The study is focused on the study of subjects from which social work is based, especially in their practical framework, on strengthening the links between these subjects with the aim of achieving a good orientation of graduates in a number of different multidisciplinary client problems. From the generally oriented first year, where the study is mainly covered by introductions to the relative sciences of social work, the subjects of applied sciences and their culmination into the practically focused subjects of study of the second year are based
