Program Overview

The Applied Informatics study program consists of two specializations: Applied Informatics and Software Systems. The Software Systems specialization focuses more on direct application in practice, especially for the development and management of computer systems with an emphasis on programming languages and programming techniques. The study program is aimed at a high degree of employability of graduates with a minimal need for further training in practice. You will study in classrooms with modern PC or Apple computers. You will be able to use fully equipped classrooms for computer graphics, computer networks, robotics and smart homes. As part of their studies, students have great opportunities to use student mobility within the Erasmus+ program and they can complete part of their studies at foreign universities.
