Program Overview

The concept of the field of study is based on the assumption that a part of the graduates may finish their studies with a bachelor's degree and the second part will continue their studies in the follow-up master's degree in pedagogy. Therefore, the curriculum includes subjects that provide the first group with the knowledge and skills to be employed as educators or pedagogues of leisure time, as well as subjects that, in the case of the second group, will be the starting point for subsequent master's studies. Teamwork skills will be developed during the bachelor's study, students will have specific professional personality traits, especially self-regulation, self-esteem and self-knowledge, empathy, tact.

A completed secondary education before entering the first year of a Bachelor s , a notarised copy of your secondary school leaving certificate or your Bachelor s diploma, an official transcript of records from your previous university studies, an official translation of the two above into Czech (translation is not required if the original documents were issued in English), a certificate of equivalence from Czech educational authorities which states that your certificate/diploma is recognised in the Czech Republic (called nostrification ), if you completed your previous education abroad, TOEFL ibT of 80, IELTS of 6.5, SAT Evidence-Based Reading and Writing 550, ACT English and Reading 24, IB English 6, Melab 77, TOEIC 605
