Program Overview

The aim of the study is to provide competences for the qualified performance of professions within the framework of andragogy in public administration, non-profit and commercial organizations. The mentioned competences have a basis in theoretical knowledge from andragogy understood as the theory of adult education, supporting sciences such as psychology and sociology and in practical skills in the field of human resource development through adult education and development. The study program is in line with the plans of Palack University in Olomouc. The study program cannot be combined with other programs.
