The field of study is intended for the preparation of secondary school teachers. Graduates acquire wide-ranging knowledge and practical skills in all aspects of chemistry; They acquire basic knowledge and practical skills in pedagogy and psychology and practical skills in ICT. The bachelor study is, above all, the first stage in full qualification (M.Sc.) required for teaching at high schools. The bachelor's degree enables to work in various educational institutions, editorial houses and chemistry laboratories.

A completed secondary education before entering the first year of a Bachelor s , a notarised copy of your secondary school leaving certificate or your Bachelor s diploma, an official transcript of records from your previous university studies, an official translation of the two above into Czech (translation is not required if the original documents were issued in English), a certificate of equivalence from Czech educational authorities which states that your certificate/diploma is recognised in the Czech Republic (called nostrification ), if you completed your previous education abroad, TOEFL ibT of 80, IELTS of 6.5, SAT Evidence-Based Reading and Writing 550, ACT English and Reading 24, IB English 6, Melab 77, TOEIC 605
