Program Overview

The study is focused on the preparation of kindergarten teachers with deepened specializations in aesthetic and educational fields: specifically in art, music, physical and drama education and with other courses focused on alternative educational programs, pre-school education in the context of Europe, basics of reading literacy , science, mathematics, information, child social disadvantage and integration and inclusion in kindergartens. The core content of the study is subjects of pedagogy, psychology, special education and related disciplines. In connection with them, there are also aesthetic-educational subjects with didactics in relation to a pre-school child. In addition to lectures and seminars, practical forms of teaching and personal development are included in the study.

A completed secondary education before entering the first year of a Bachelor s , a notarised copy of your secondary school leaving certificate or your Bachelor s diploma, an official transcript of records from your previous university studies, an official translation of the two above into Czech (translation is not required if the original documents were issued in English), a certificate of equivalence from Czech educational authorities which states that your certificate/diploma is recognised in the Czech Republic (called nostrification ), if you completed your previous education abroad, TOEFL ibT of 80, IELTS of 6.5, SAT Evidence-Based Reading and Writing 550, ACT English and Reading 24, IB English 6, Melab 77, TOEIC 605
