"The study program is designed in two thematic areas. The first ""development"" thematic area is focused on the environmental, socio-economic and political contexts of the development of mainly non-European regions. The second ""environmental"" thematic circle focuses on the environmental context of sustainable development. The study of the bachelor's study program reflects the current international agenda (especially the Sustainable Development Goals defined by the UN) aimed at solving global and local challenges of the contemporary world.
