Program Overview

The study program is focused on teaching practical applications of geological principles in solving environmental problems. Students of the field will master basic and applied geological disciplines, which will enable them to acquire comprehensive knowledge of rocks and lithosphere as abiotic components of the environment. A smaller share of the total content of the study is dedicated to non-geological and borderline natural science fields - ecology, nature conservation, pedology, etc.
