Bachelors in Professional subjects with a focus on education

The goal of the study program is to provide the student with the opportunity to acquire professional knowledge and skills related to the chosen specialization, as well as to gain an overview of the issue of upbringing and education and personality development from a pedagogical and psychological point of view. This bachelor's study program therefore allows students to thoroughly master the basics of the chosen field (business and services or engineering and electrical engineering) and the basics of pedagogical and psychological disciplines so that it can be applied in pedagogical practice or continue in the follow-up master's degree in Teaching of Vocational Subjects. The student chooses a field of study according to his previous professional education, the field of study in which he works or wants to work as a teacher. The Engineering and Electrical Engineering specialization reflects the requirements for the preparation of future teachers of engineering, electrical engineering and materials science subjects. The trade and services specialization reflects the requirements for the preparation of future teachers of trade- and service-oriented subjects.
