The bachelor's program is intended for foreigners (non-native speakers of Czech) whose initial knowledge of Czech corresponds to the beginner's level (min. A1). Students master written and spoken communication in the Czech language and become familiar with Czech realities (history, culture, literature).Attention is mainly focused on practical work with text (creating different types of texts, seminar work, understanding written and spoken text) and conversational exercises. Considerable space is also devoted to mastering Czech grammar and orientation in the stratification of the Czech national language. Language subjects complement disciplines focused on Czech realities, history, culture and literature. The study is supplemented by excursions, a student conference, project teaching and other activities.
