The field of study History with a focus on education is a three-year bachelor's study providing professional education in history. Together with the follow-up master's program, Teaching of VVP for elementary and secondary schools, history represents a bachelor's part in the preparation of history teachers for primary and secondary schools. As a separate branch, it is intended for lecturers of museums and galleries, as well as a wide range of public administration and monument care workers who need professional historical knowledge for their performance. The field prepares students for the profession of arts and culture with a focus on education. The creative and theoretical components of the study are linked to university demands.

A completed secondary education before entering the first year of a Bachelor s , a notarised copy of your secondary school leaving certificate or your Bachelor s diploma, an official transcript of records from your previous university studies, an official translation of the two above into Czech (translation is not required if the original documents were issued in English), a certificate of equivalence from Czech educational authorities which states that your certificate/diploma is recognised in the Czech Republic (called nostrification ), if you completed your previous education abroad, TOEFL ibT of 80, IELTS of 6.5, SAT Evidence-Based Reading and Writing 550, ACT English and Reading 24, IB English 6, Melab 77, TOEIC 605
