The aim of the study program Mathematics for Information Technologies is to introduce students to the fundamentals of mathematical disciplines on which current applied and theoretical computer science is based. The program includes extended programming basics and other aspects of information technology, as well as an introduction to applications, especially in information security and computer geometry.
A completed secondary education before entering the first year of a Bachelor s , a notarised copy of your secondary school leaving certificate or your Bachelor s diploma, an official transcript of records from your previous university studies, an official translation of the two above into Czech (translation is not required if the original documents were issued in English), a certificate of equivalence from Czech educational authorities which states that your certificate/diploma is recognised in the Czech Republic (called nostrification ), if you completed your previous education abroad, TOEFL ibT of 80, IELTS of 6.5, SAT Evidence-Based Reading and Writing 550, ACT English and Reading 24, IB English 6, Melab 77, TOEIC 605
