Attractive Judaic studies program. Jewish and Israeli studies is unique and promising within the Czech Republic. The profile basis of the program consists of historical and philosophical subjects, the further organization of the study caters to the individual focus of the listeners: they choose whether they want to profile themselves in the area of Jewish Moravian heritage in the European cultural-political context, or focus on Israeli studies and Middle Eastern issues. Following on from this, they also choose their language specialization: students have the opportunity to master biblical and modern Hebrew, Arabic and Yiddish. During their studies, students also naturally improve their academic and everyday spoken English. The study program can be combined with all study programs at UP, unless otherwise specified for the other program. The standard period of study is three years. The course concludes with a bachelor's exam. The study program is open to foreign students.
