The graduate is knowledgeable and methodically equipped to use the knowledge of thought tradition to critically evaluate and formulate principal questions and answers. He is well versed in the basic methodology of academic work and is well versed in the basic periods of the history of philosophy (ancient philosophy, patristics and scholastics, modern philosophy, philosophy of the 19th and 20th centuries) and in contemporary philosophy (analytical tradition, contemporary continental philosophy). Of course there is a good knowledge of two world languages and knowledge of Latin, respectively. Greek at the level enabling work with classical philosophical texts.
A completed secondary education before entering the first year of a Bachelor s , a notarised copy of your secondary school leaving certificate or your Bachelor s diploma, an official transcript of records from your previous university studies, an official translation of the two above into Czech (translation is not required if the original documents were issued in English), a certificate of equivalence from Czech educational authorities which states that your certificate/diploma is recognised in the Czech Republic (called nostrification ), if you completed your previous education abroad, TOEFL ibT of 80, IELTS of 6.5, SAT Evidence-Based Reading and Writing 550, ACT English and Reading 24, IB English 6, Melab 77, TOEIC 605
