The bachelor's degree program Philosophy in the context of Jewish and Christian traditions (the program is without specialization) aims to provide basic knowledge of the history of philosophical thinking and the main problems of systematic philosophy and to develop analytical and interpretative skills. Philosophy in the context of Jewish and Christian tradition prepares students for further studies in the follow-up Master's degree programs in Philosophy and other related programs. In addition, graduates can apply in cultural institutions, media, government, and other positions where quick understanding and interpretation of the text, critical thinking, formulation skills, systematic and creativity, or the ability to learn new things quickly and make decisions are required.
A completed secondary education before entering the first year of a Bachelor s , a notarised copy of your secondary school leaving certificate or your Bachelor s diploma, an official transcript of records from your previous university studies, an official translation of the two above into Czech (translation is not required if the original documents were issued in English), a certificate of equivalence from Czech educational authorities which states that your certificate/diploma is recognised in the Czech Republic (called nostrification ), if you completed your previous education abroad, TOEFL ibT of 80, IELTS of 6.5, SAT Evidence-Based Reading and Writing 550, ACT English and Reading 24, IB English 6, Melab 77, TOEIC 605
