Religion studies as a scientific field seeks to clarify, especially the secular part of society, the biological, socio-cultural and psychological conditioning of the religious behavior of an individual or group. Religion studies provides knowledge about not one, but a number of selected religious traditions, especially those that have fundamentally influenced our cultural area. These are mainly Christianity, Judaism, Islam and Buddhism. It provides knowledge of the history of individual religions, forms of belief, rituals, moral norms and customs, the nature and form of religious authorities, the structure of religious communities, the relationship of individual traditions to knowledge, science, nature, culture or politics. This knowledge, acquired mainly through a historical, anthropological, sociological, psychological, cognitive and geographical approach, they provide the graduate with a comprehensive and comprehensive view of the phenomenon of religion
