The study program prepares experts in the field of development of municipalities, cities and regions. As part of your studies, you will acquire knowledge in the fields of economic geography, sociology, demography and public administration. An important part is also subjects that introduce you to the practical application of geography in the field of regional development and in the search for solutions to real problems connected with the development of the territory. In other subjects, they will acquire skills in the field of communication, project management, strategic planning or spatial analysis using geographic information systems. When studying economic geography, you will learn to understand the regularities of the distribution and organization of cities, industry, services, transport and agriculture from the local to the global level, which you will then use in practice in the development of selected territories.
