As a social science student, you learn about socio-economic issues, and about cultures and everyday life in modern society. You work with social conditions in an international perspective and with disciplines such as theories of democracy and the role of the political parties in modern society. The teaching on the Bachelor s degree programme in social science is a mix of lectures, working in study groups and classroom instruction. As a student, you will do presentations and participate in discussions on current developments in society. The teaching is based on current research, and you get a thorough introduction to the scientific theories and methodologies which are key to the many different academic disciplines within the social sciences.
Upper secondary school diploma and grade transcript , TOEFL ibT of 83, IELTS of 6.5, English B Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) (only grades A, B or C) or First Certificate with grade A or 180 points as a minimum on the Cambridge English Scale, (I)GCSE and (I)GCSE AS- and A-levels, IB at 24, The Study-test in Danish as a Foreign Language.
