Eligible applicants will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis until all available study places are filled (Rolling Admission)

Proof of English proficiency
If qualification certificate is in a language other than Finnish, Swedish or English, a copy of the qualification certificate translated into one of these languages by an official (authorized) translator is required. Such translations must be signed and stamped by the translator.
SAT score must arrive to SAMK Admissions directly from the College Board. SAMK’s SAT code is 7516.
English proficiency tests require sections for Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking.
Degrees used to demonstrate English proficiency must be taught and assessed entirely in English.
Upper secondary degrees used to demonstrate English proficiency must also be a qualification that provides eligibility for higher education in the country in which it was awarded.
If using a degree to demonstrate English proficiency, attach documents clearly stating: the language of instruction, the country of completion, the level of the degree, and an official transcript of records.
Documentation for English proficiency must clearly indicate all necessary information for verification.
A certificate/letter from your university/educational institution can be submitted in addition to official study documentation for English proficiency.
Language test results must be verifiable from the online verification service of the organiser.
If test scores can no longer be verified, the test is not valid.
If the applicant is unsure and the test results are more than 2 years old, it is advised to retake the test.
If graduating during the Rolling Admission application period, the final degree certificate must be sent by 9 July 2026.
If admitted based on a 2nd year certificate, the selection is conditional and certificates proving eligibility must be presented before studies start.
