Program Overview

The objective of the Health Engineering course is to offer multidisciplinary training integrating recent theoretical and practical notions in industrial and cellular microbiology and quality control, analytical chemistry and physico-chemistry of materials.The teaching units (UE) provided in this course allow the student to acquire an in-depth knowledge of the (bio)-material (from its production to its packaging) of the main micro-organisms encountered in industry, and of toxicology.
