University of Rouen History

The University of Rouen is a French university located in Mont-Saint-Aignan, France. It is a public university which was established in the year 1966 from the University of Caen and currently enrolls over 25,000 students.

The university offers courses at bachelor's, master's and doctoral levels with its major specializations in Science, Medicine, and Law. The University of Rouen is the first university in the world to successfully perform the Trans Catheter Aortic Valve Implantation by Professor Alain Criber in the year 2002.
