Program Overview

The interdisciplinary bachelor's program in Landscape Architecture and Landscape Planning is devoted to the interpretation, development and design of landscapes. The program fosters competencies in the social, cultural and natural sciences, as well as in engineering. The focus of landscape architecture lies on the area of design, while landscape planning focuses on aspects of planning science. In order to do justice to the complex demands of the thematic area, the program combines both pillars and, at the same time, allows for early specialization.
