Business informatics deals with the possibilities of new, innovative technologies in business and public administration. Internal information systems as well as inter-company and inter-company systems are the focus of interest. Business informatics looks at information systems from a holistic perspective, i. i.e. business models, processes and procedures, technologies and application systems and, above all, the people using these processes and systems.
