Program Overview

The course content of the computer science teacher training course includes specialist events that are attended together with the bachelor students of computer science and subject didactic events. Computer science teachers are experts in targeted communication, learning and educational processes in the subject of computer science based on scientific findings. You have a sound knowledge of formal principles (e.g. formal languages, mathematical methods), software development and computer hardware. They see technical knowledge and understanding as a contribution to the orientation and ability of schoolchildren to act in a world shaped by information and communication technology. LAB students in particular are familiar with the relevant job profiles and must therefore provide evidence of a 36-week internship before registering for the first state examination.
