Civil engineers plan, calculate and de sign support structures, using their technical skills and knowledge of construction, computer-assisted calculation and de sign programs. For this, they take into account the physical properties of specific building materials and the characteristics of different building processes. The B.Sc. in Civil Engineering prepares students for these tasks. It allows them to pursue advanced studies in the shape of a Master's program and gives them a first professional qualification for the planning and executing of general structural engineering tasks.
