Program Overview

Phonetics as a branch of linguistics deals with the spoken language, i.e. the phonetic aspects of linguistic communication. In doing so, she deals auditively and instrumentally with concrete utterances: How are speech signals generated physiologically and articulatively by the speaker, how is speech sound transmitted and how are acoustic speech events perceived by the listener The production and recognition of spoken language by the computer is also an important part of the subject.
