Program Overview

The Classical Antiquity 120 LP sub-study course presents the content and methods of the four classical studies subjects Greek Studies, Latin Studies, Classical Archaeology, Ancient History and their various sub-areas. At the same time, it introduces medieval and neo-Latin philology. Basic knowledge and skills of the disciplines involved are imparted. The students also learn to critically reflect on content and methods and to present the knowledge they have gained in an appropriate form. You will be able to work independently under supervision.
