Program Overview

In addition to teaching basic skills in the field of general and subject-specific information literacy (research, assessment, presentation), the Slavic Studies program includes a language-practical as well as a subject-specific education, supplemented by aspects of culture and the media. In the language practice, the definition is based on a Slavic language that can be further deepened through compulsory electives in the fifth and sixth semester, or replaced by a second Slavic language.
